Super Cool your Brain Study Hack

Did you know that your brains devours about 20% the energy you make! Intense study produces heat as a by product. You can actually feel feverish after a hardcore study cram huddle.

Overheating your brain reduces thinking performance. Your body wastes energy trying to dissipate excess heat to return you to optimum operating temperatures making you lethargic. Left unchecked, the electrical network will become so chaotic that a seizure may ensue.

Computers also have the same heating phenomenon. To crank extra computations out of their computers, hackers will go to great lengths to keep their chips cool like attaching cooling coils or putting the entire cpu into a bar fridge while they work.

Bottom line. Study in a cooler environment will prolong your study time and increase your book rapport. Choose cool areas to do prolonged study sessions.

If you don't have access to an air conditioned room when it's hot outside you can try wetting your shirt or study cap to wick away heat. In winter, just turn down the heat or crack open a window.
