Brain Vitamins Study Aid

Your brain needs vitamins in order to function optimally. Most average people can extract what they require from an average diet. But if you're cram studying 8 hours a day and then hitting the gym for another hour after class, you're no longer average and could be depleted causing fatigue and brain fog to shadow you. Solution: supplement.

Brain Vitamins Dose

We recommend a broad spectrum once a day multivitamin like Centrum A to Zinc. If you're a track and field star or other hardcore athelete in addition to being a brain crammer we'd advise also taking a Stress Tab once a day to top up water soluble B Complex vitamins.

If you're female with heavy periods you may also consider adding an additional daily iron tab if you've previously been anemic.

Brain Vitamins Side Effects

When taken with food, brain vitamins are well tolerated. Potential side effects at high doses or taken on an empty stomach include:

  • Burping
  • Nausea
  • Vomiting
  • Bright yellow-orange pee
  • Loose bowel movements

As a precaution, Brain Vitamins should not be used under 16 years of age without doctor supervision.
